Assembling your group is entirely up to you—Heart of Italia does not combine groups. Once your group is ready, the booking process is a collaborative and personalized experience. Start by reaching out to us to share your group’s preferences, desired dates, and any special requests. Based on this, we craft a detailed proposal tailored to your vision.

This proposal, including the schedule and plan for your journey, is shared with you for final tweaks and approval. Once approved, we prepare a service agreement for your review. The booking is confirmed upon signing the agreement and submitting a deposit.

From there, Heart of Italia meticulously refines every detail, ensuring a flawless and unforgettable Italian journey.

My name is Sandro, and I started Heart of Italia because I’ve found that many people visit Italy, but few truly experience the culture or opportunity it offers to relax and reconnect. Traveling is another busy, scheduled experience, just like the day-to-day where it’s easy to lose sight of what’s important.
